Two names,
not a rota.
Two Flat started in 2014 with one mop and the building its founder lived in. It is still small on purpose: five people, five days, the North Side.

We clean the way a good hotel housekeeper does: in the same order every time, so nothing is missed and nothing is done twice.

Hannah Ortiz started cleaning flats in her own two-flat in Lincoln Square, then the one next door. She still does every first visit herself, to learn the home before a pair takes it on.
Everyone who cleans for Two Flat is employed by us, paid by the hour including travel, and insured. Each pair keeps to a few neighbourhoods and a fixed day, so they are never far from your door.

Book a first clean and we will send the same two people every visit after it. A ten-minute call first, so we can quote the time as well as the price.
