The same pair

You get two names, not a rota. If one is ill we tell you who is coming the day before.

Top to bottom, floors last

Dust falls, so every visit runs from the ceiling fans down. A room is only done once.

Our own kit

Mild, pH-neutral products, our own cloths, mops and vacuum, packed the same way each time.

A note on the counter

Each room with the time it was finished, anything we noticed, and when we locked up.
